Our Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to absolutely love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange on most items. If you have any questions, just give us a call or send us a message—we’re always happy to help!
A few things to keep in mind:
- Please reach out to us within 14 days of your purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Many of our pieces are handmade with natural materials, so slight variations are to be expected—it's part of what makes them special! That said, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out.
